Request details of a Person's strategy manager subscriptions. Paginated endpoint

## Query parameters:

  - `PersonId` (integer,null, required)
    The C2 PersonId

  - `ActiveOnly` (boolean)
    Set to FALSE to get all transactions (optional). Default is TRUE
